Showcasing the folk dances of the Visayan region. Visayans or Visayan people are a Philippine ethnolinguistic group native to the whole Visayas, the southernmost islands of Luzon and many parts of Mindanao. Visayan folk dancing includes a range of dances from worship dances to courtship and wedding dances. A distinctive type is the wide assortment of mimetic dances in which movements try to mimic, for example, the flight of birds, the catching of fish, the making of wine, and other aspects of Visayan life. Another example is Itik-Itik, a mimetic dance that depicts the movements of wading and flying itik (ducks). Dancers mimic the short swaying gait of waddling feet and the intense energy of close-cropped flapping wings. La Berde (meaning green) is a courtship dance from a mountain settlement in Talamban, Cebu. In a series of quick steps and quick changes, the dance celebrates what is lush and full of life. The dance is performed by an interesting cast of two girls and a boy, instead of the usual pair of dancers.

The ensemble performs the trapezoidal yangqin, a Chinese hammered dulcimer that produces a unique sound. In 2019, the ensemble competed under the name Malaysian Dulcimer Ensemble at the 3rd International Dulcimer Music Festival in Beijing, winning five gold medals and two silvers. The ensemble was among some 500 participants from China, Iran and Malaysia who took part in the music festival. According to Ho, the Chinese dulcimer originated in Europe and was introduced to China by traders around 400 years ago. Since then, it has been localised to suit the culture, arts and music of various Chinese communities. Today's dulcimer has over 100 strings divided into four sections of high, middle, middle-low and low tones. Each dulcimer produces a unique sound depending on the wood it is made from, its build and its strings. It is played by hammering the strings with a pair of bamboo sticks encased in rubber.
